Whipped-Chocolate Frosting

Ingredients

2 squares              unsweetened chocolate  

1/2 cup                 light cream 

1 teaspoon            vanilla

 2                           egg whites, beaten stiff

1 1/2 to 2 cups    confectioners sugar 

Preparation

Cook chocolate and cream over boiling water until smooth; cool, add vanilla. Beat whites, add sugar and continue beating until stiff enough to cut. Combine the two mixtures, beat well.
